She will offer advice, guidance and encouragement and help you develop realistic goals as well as strategies to achieve them.
The sessions will be devoted to motivating and encouraging you to get to the next level, personally, at work and/or in relationships.

How it works
We have regular meetings to suit your lifestyle. Sessions are 50-60 minutes in length and can be weekly or fortnightly, monthly.
They can be:

in the comfort of your own home (dependent on location),

in my consulting rooms (recommended),
-
walk and talk sessions in a public place of your choice,
-
Online, if distance dictates.
I am based in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
Costs
The first no-obligation session - generally 30 minutes - is free of charge, to ensure we are compatible. Do you like and trust me and can I help you?
A 50 mins – 1 hour session is £45.
Frequency of appointments is dependant on your needs, sometimes a one-off appointment, to offload and gain clarity of your situation, can be enough. Other times a few months is required, to break down your barriers and come up with strategies to deal with certain situations and/or gain more awareness.
There is never an obligation to continue.
Payment should be made in advance of the session either by paypal, bank transfer or cash/cheque. All payments are non refundable.
